Responsibilities
- Supervise periodic and spot inventory counts and ensure actual stock matches the system records.
- Monitor all inbound and outbound stock movements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on stock status and analyze any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with storage and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Must Have
- A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare accurate and professional reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Odoo software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills
