Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that support the company’s goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Oversee marketing campaigns (advertising, digital, PR) and track their effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, customer service) to align objectives.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to continuously refine strategies.
- Prepare analytical reports on campaign performance and present them to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and advertising partners.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
