المهام و المسئوليات
- وضع وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية التي تدعم أهداف الشركة.
- تحليل الأسواق والمنافسين لتحديد الفرص والتحديات.
- قيادة فريق التسويق وتوزيع المهام عليهم وتقييم أدائهم.
- الإشراف على الحملات التسويقية (الإعلانية، الرقمية، والعلاقات العامة) ومتابعة نتائجها.
- إدارة ميزانية التسويق وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد.
- تطوير الهوية والعلامة التجارية للشركة وتعزيز الوعي بها.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى (المبيعات، المنتجات، خدمة العملاء) لضمان تناغم الأهداف.
- متابعة اتجاهات السوق وسلوك المستهلكين لتحديث الخطط باستمرار.
- إعداد التقارير التحليلية لنتائج الحملات التسويقية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
- إدارة العلاقات مع الوكالات الخارجية والموردين وشركاء الدعاية.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
